Open access policies

AMIDI.Biblioteca provides immediate open access to the academic and research works published or co-edited on its platform, promoting the circulation, consultation, preservation, academic reuse, and social use of knowledge. Digital access to the works is available for reading, consultation, and download without payment, subscription, or registration.

The academic evaluation and editorial decision-making process is independent of any technical, editorial, co-edition, print production, or complementary service that may be agreed upon separately. The possible existence of such processes does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the work, which shall always be subject to editorial review and academic evaluation.

Authors retain the copyright corresponding to the declared license and the applicable editorial agreements. Through the corresponding editorial authorization, they grant AMIDI Editorial a non-exclusive authorization to publish, preserve, disseminate, describe through metadata, enable interoperability, and make the work publicly available in AMIDI.Biblioteca.

The license, usage rights, and editorial modality must be visibly indicated on the legal page, public record, editorial metadata, and digital file of each work.

Unless otherwise stated, works published or co-edited in AMIDI.Biblioteca are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
