Synopsis

The book Sustainable Production and Technological Innovation with Artificial Intelligence: Research and Methodology Applied to Business Projects develops an applied methodology for designing sustainable business projects supported by AI, from the initial understanding of the organization to the formulation, evaluation, and defense of an innovation proposal. It seeks to address a methodological and practical gap arising from the fragmented treatment of the business model, production, supply chain, marketing, digital transformation, innovation, strategy, and feasibility by integrating them into a single pathway grounded in evidence, validation, and traceability.

The research adopts an applied approach and integrates documentary review, observation, interviews, organizational information, comparative analysis, benchmarking, and artificial intelligence, articulated through a Master Checklist. The book is organized into seven chapters that progress from the foundations of AI, the business model, production, and marketing to the identification of gaps, the design of innovation, its strategic and financial evaluation, and the final defense of the project. Its main contribution lies in providing an integrated and traceable methodological pathway that transforms business information into evidence and, in turn, into a sustainable, viable, and methodologically defensible innovation proposal.
