Innovación basada en Valores: Diseñando un Modelo para ser aplicado en las Ciencias de la Administración

¿Cuál es la razón principal para formular valores en empresas u organizaciones? La respuesta principal es facilitar la alineación de los empleados y los valores de la organización para aumentar la motivación y la eficacia con mejores resultados tanto en el rendimiento como en la inversión. Sin embargo, son pocos los esfuerzos por diseñar, implementar y probar modelos empíricos para analizar sus resultados que se ajusten a una visión integral de los factores que intervienen en un modelo de gestión basado en valores. Lo anterior representa una gran oportunidad para que las ciencias gerenciales demuestren sus habilidades para proponer un modelo capaz de determinar y ponderar un inventario de valores por industria/sector y seleccionar los valores, de acuerdo a la división o departamento de la empresa u organización corporativa. Debido a que la innovación basada en valores es la razón principal de este libro y de acuerdo a lo mencionado anteriormente, este se divide en:
El Capítulo 1 destaca la importancia de los valores para las ciencias de la gestión, mostrando varios estudios de valores y modelos que los describen, y los principales indicadores clave de desempeño para evaluarlos, inspirados en la gestión basada en valores. Se explican modelos destacados, como el protocolo Evaluation VAlue (protocolo Eva), que se presenta como una herramienta para seleccionar valores de un inventario previamente determinado.
El Capítulo 2, describe la relación entre valores e innovación y los modelos recientes y novedosos como el modelo de gestión de la innovación basado en valores (Breuer, H., y Lüdeke-Freund (2015), y su relación con el modelo de innovación abierta (Mejía-Trejo , 2017b).
En el Capítulo 3, se describe la propuesta del modelo conceptual general, basado en los modelos mencionados anteriormente, y se describe el proceso del protocolo eva a aplicar. La propuesta del modelo incluye un amplio alcance para definir valores específicos en áreas específicas, intercambiables a lo largo de la estructura horizontal o vertical de la empresa u organización corporativa, con ciertas características tales como: normativas, estratégicas y/o instrumentales/operativas como visión de gestión. Se previó, tres gestión de la innovación asociadas a cada una de las visiones de gestión: la normativa, la de modelo de negocio y la de innovación de proceso-producto-servicio. Se incorpora un punto de decisión para cambiar o no los valores reales de funcionamiento. Si la respuesta es no, el proceso continúa en su propio flujo de enlace de retroalimentación para mantener como enlace de retroalimentación la supervisión de los indicadores clave de desempeño como la eficiencia o la eficacia inspirados en la gestión basada en valores; si la respuesta es afirmativa, entonces se aplica el proceso del protocolo Eva como vínculo de retroalimentación para revisar, modificar, intercambiar, suprimir o ingresar nuevos valores según la división, el departamento dentro de la empresa u organización corporativa.
El Capítulo 4, como una investigación de benchmarking de las empresas más innovadoras a nivel mundial, sin importar en qué industrias o sectores se encuentren, muestra un caso de estudio empírico como etapa preliminar para determinar un inventario de valores con una visión de innovación, basado en Mejía- Trejo (2017c) investigación aplicada en empresas desarrolladoras de software de Guadalajara México con la esperanza de ser implementada en España para futuros estudios.
Finalmente, la propuesta del modelo conceptual se considera importante y lista para ser aplicada en cualquier sector de la industria interesado en la gestión de la innovación basada en valores, debido a su flexibilidad, simplicidad y amplio alcance para medir el desempeño de la empresa u organización corporativa no solo en el valor económico, sino en la percepción general de valor en todas las partes involucradas
