En esta investigación se prioriza el tema de la Propiedad Intelectual vinculada con el conocimiento susceptible de protección por alguna figura de la propiedad intelectual, en relación con la innovación, la competitividad, el capital intelectual de las organizaciones, el reto con las universidades en la transferencia de tecnología. La presente obra fue realizada por estudiantes del Doctorado de ciencias de la administración, quienes vincularon su línea de investigación con la propiedad intelectual.
El sector económico busca que sus procesos sean innovadores y competitivos, para que tengan un valor para su entorno y crear ventajas competitivas y ser mas eficientes.
La propiedad intangible ha creado nuevas fuentes de conocimiento, nuevas inversiones extranjeras y ha sido un detonador en el progreso eco- nómico empresarial.
La construcción de nueva tecnología, se encamina con la innovación y el desarrollo, con nuevas estrategias cuyo valor académico es un aporte en la creación de nuevo conocimiento.
Esta obra bilingüe aporta en el conocimiento y crea nuevos paradigmas con un enfoque diversificado y estratégico para la deconstrucción de nuevas líneas de investigación.
